Cancellation Policy

Opal + Moon requires a 24 hour cancellation policy to cancel appointments. A 50% fee of the service will be charged if the appointment is moved or cancelled within 24 hours.
No call no show on the day of the appointment will result in a 100% charge.

Adjustments

Adjustments are honored within 7 days of the service for no additional charge.
